With over a decade of experience in learning and development, I’ve honed my expertise in assessing and designing comprehensive training solutions tailored to the unique needs of adult learners. I enjoy collaborating to develop a variety of training solutions; e-learning, Microlearning, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT), and train-the-trainer programs that solve problems and elevate performances.
